SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Security and confidentiality are agreed before any sensitive detail is shared, and they shape how we design and deliver the work.
Ask for a non-disclosure agreement in your enquiry. We sign your NDA or our mutual NDA before you share confidential information, and before discovery starts.
Your first enquiry only needs the problem and your goals. Please do not send sensitive data at this stage. We ask for data only once the NDA and access approach are agreed.
We discuss data sensitivity, access, hosting and handling requirements during planning. The specific controls and obligations are written into each engagement.
Where you prefer, we work inside your own cloud, code repositories and tools, using accounts you create and can remove at any time.
We do not use your confidential data with public AI tools, or to train models, without your written approval. Ownership of code and deliverables is set out in the agreement before work begins.
Files you attach to an enquiry are stored in a private, access-restricted folder and deleted within 24 months, as described in our privacy policy.
